I hope to keep a memory of everyone and everything that has made me afraid to let go. I've come to realize I'm a mosaic of everything I’ve ever loved. It is my identity. Each little thing that I've experienced adds a piece to the collage. From blasting music into my headphones to the shows that make me laugh and cry, to the goals I plan to strive, and most importantly, the people who have made me grateful to be alive. I hope to remember the way the air smells before it rains, the undying laughter of my friend, and the excitement of trying something new. These memories are the plaster that holds my mosaic together, the glue and foundation of who I am, the fragments of my mind outlining the life that is mine.

With love,

2026 You
